As busy moms with small children, we all could use this kind of personalized support, right?
Welcome to my 1:1 coaching program designed by a fellow mom who “gets it.” I’m here to help you prioritize health and nutrition in a way that is realistic, alongside a busy life with small children. Together we create a customised road map and incremental action steps that bring you closer to your vision and goals each week. Here’s what to expect:

Week 1: Holistic health assessment
This is your starting point. We will begin by finding your baseline when it comes to your overall health and well-being. Through a holistic health assessment, you will take an honest look at your current health and how it impacts your life today.

Week 2: Mindset re-fresh
Become comfortable with the process of slow, incremental change that is meaningful and intentional versus a generic quick fix. Learn how to become more self-aware and better understand your behaviours and why you do them.

Week 3: Wellness visioning & road map
Get clear on what optimal health and well-being looks like for you. You will define what you want to achieve and identify realistic lifestyle goals. Together we will determine what actions will be the most effective to set you in the right direction.

Week 4-9: Action steps & accountability
We will set weekly incremental action steps in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress mitigation, sleep, social life, fulfilment, and more. Together we implement a customised plan and find the right pace and methods for accountability to ensure consistent follow-through.

Week 10: Maintenance planning
Solidify your long-term plan so that your new lifestyle practices can continue beyond our work together. We will determine what worked well for you and where more focus might be needed going forward. Most importantly, we will celebrate your progress & reflect on what you learned.
