Imagine every week you had someone laying out a structure to follow, giving you customized tools and guidance to create healthier habits? Imagine someone in your corner empowering you, listening to your pain points and encouraging you every step of the way? As busy moms with small children, we all could use this kind of personalized support, right?

Welcome to my 1:1 coaching program designed by a fellow mom who “gets it.” I’m here to help you prioritize health and nutrition in a way that is realistic, alongside a busy life with small children. Together we create a customised road map and incremental action steps that bring you closer to your vision and goals each week. Here’s what to expect:

Week 1: Holistic health assessment

This is your starting point. We will begin by finding your baseline when it comes to your overall health and well-being. Through a holistic health assessment, you will take an honest look at your current health and how it impacts your life today.

Week 2: Mindset re-fresh

Become comfortable with the process of slow, incremental change that is meaningful and intentional versus a generic quick fix. Learn how to become more self-aware and better understand your behaviours and why you do them.

Week 3: Wellness visioning & road map

Get clear on what optimal health and well-being looks like for you. You will define  what you want to achieve and identify realistic lifestyle goals. Together we will determine what actions will be the most effective to set you in the right direction.

Week 4-9: Action steps & accountability

We will set weekly incremental action steps in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress mitigation, sleep, social life, fulfilment, and more. Together we implement a customised plan and find the right pace and methods for accountability to ensure consistent follow-through.

Week 10: Maintenance planning

Solidify your long-term plan so that your new lifestyle practices can continue beyond our work together. We will determine what worked well for you and where more focus might be needed going forward. Most importantly, we will celebrate your progress & reflect on what you learned.

What can you do less of?

One of the biggest barriers to building a healthier lifestyle is the terrifying feeling of having time to do MORE.

Women have told me before they shy away from a program like mine because they can't add more to their plates. And I get it.

But, what if I told you that incorporating healthier lifestyle habits can mean learning how and when to do less.

It could mean downscaling on social events, blocking out slots in the calendar, calling it an early night more often and choosing rest in critical moments instead of go, go, go!

This comes down to a mindset change that requires repetition and structured support. 

The art of doing less and simplifying sets the foundation for working on better food choices and fitting in physical activity, which is what most of my clients want to build up to.

Let me take you through the steps of doing less to add more to your health and well-being.

The book reveals five "core actions" or lifestyle areas that have the biggest impact on overall health and well-being.

They are:

🌱Substance use

As busy moms who need to know where to focus efforts to feel good: we just might have answers. ⬆️

If you want to upgrade your energy level and change how you feel everyday, then consider an internal audit on these key areas. 

The research is there, the facts are there, but making the changes aren't always easy (I can help you 🙋🏻‍♀️). 

As a holistic health coach the book validated what I know to be true:

▫️Behaviour change requires a process of self-awareness, mindset change and consistency. 

▫️Better health and well-being is always within reach no matter where you are right now.

Your relationship with health and well-being changes with motherhood.

I can 100% vouch for that.

It can be for the better, for worse or something in-between.

But you absolutely get to have a say in how this plays out. 

The majority of your overall health is dictated by lifestyle. It comes down to small choices you make every day around nutrition, stress, physical activity, sleep, relationships, social life and work that determine whether you are thriving and well or on auto-pilot and burnt out. 

There's a big window of opportunity here to re-negotiate something better for ourselves, way better!

This should get our attention as moms, especially when feeling our best and having energy matter the most right now.

But here’s two simple strategies to help make things easier:

💫Choose small, reachable “me time” activities that don’t take too much time. 

💫Consciously take note of the positive “spill over” effect on your kids and family.
